Changing or cancelling your order

If you need to make a change to your order or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. In most instances we are able to assist with changes and cancellation, however there is no guarantee that you will be able to make a change or cancel an order before the order has shipped.


Refunding

Factory-sealed merchandise

We accept returns of factory-sealed merchandise, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt. Once you are given approval for a return, return the merchandise in the same condition it was sent, and we will refund your purchase price, less the shipping charges.

If the return is being made due to a mistake on our part, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a method to return the merchandise.

Please note that if an item was sent to you sealed (for example, a sealed booster pack) and you opened the item, that item cannot be returned. There is no exception to this policy.

Single cards

AngelofDev.com does not accept returns on single cards. However, there are two (2) exceptions to this policy.

  1. Cards damaged during transit: If you are not satisfied with the condition of any single cards you have received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either issue you a partial refund or ask that you return the item for a replacement. If the condition of the card(s) in question or item has been damaged in transit, and we request the merchandise to be returned, we will provide you with a method of return for the merchandise which includes envelope, return address, and postage. Once we receive the returned merchandise (in the same condition it was sent), we will exchange the card(s) where possible or provide a full refund for the card(s).
  2. Incorrect or missing card(s): We take great attention to check orders during packaging before being shipped, but there is still a possibility for mistakes to happen. If you have accidentally received card(s) that you did not order or card(s) you ordered are missing, simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either supply you with a pre-paid method of return for the incorrect item(s) (which includes envelope, return address, and postage) or reship the missing item(s). Refunds are only issued when once we receive the returned merchandise, in the same condition it was sent.
